Announcement: NSL 2008 (22^ndApril 2008)

Reminder to all juniors under 19 to wear eye protection as required by the WSF rules as NSL Committee has noticed that many juniors are not wearing eye protection during the NSL. There had been a recently few incidents where players had been injured in matches and had suffered eye injuries. With immediate effect, all juniors under 19 and playing in the NSL without wearing eye protection, the matches will be awarded to the opponents, this rule will be strictly adhered to and any protests on this matter will not be entertained by the NSL Committee. In cases where this rule is neglected by both parties, any injuries are suffered as a result of not wearing eye protection, liability will be on the junior not wearing eye protection regardless of the cause of the injury as stated in the WSF rules.

2^nd HALF LINE UP AND PAYMENT

Update to lineup must be effected with the commencement of the 2^nd half of the season. New additions added must be paid before they can be used in any matches.
Payments for some clubs still outstanding and last date of payment will be 8^th May 2008. Any club with outstanding amounts will be disqualified from the NSL with effect from 10^th May 2008.
